1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (TOU) define the rights and obligations of users (professionals and participants) of the “Quand on Danse” platform (hereinafter “the Platform”), accessible via the website https://mosaflow.eu and its mobile applications. The Platform aims to facilitate access to adapted dance activities, connect professionals and participants, and promote the benefits of dance for health and social inclusion.
The Platform is operated by Mosa Ballet School, a public utility foundation registered in Belgium.
2. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
Access to and use of the Platform are subject to your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you may not use the Platform.
3. Account Creation
- For professionals: Creating an account is required to offer activities, workshops, or training sessions. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- For participants: Creating an account is optional to view the offerings, but required to book an activity or interact with professionals.
- Responsibility: Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
You must notify the Platform immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the Platform
- For professionals: You guarantee that the activities offered are suitable for the target audience and comply with applicable laws. You agree to adhere to professional ethics and standards of conduct.
- For participants: You agree to comply with the rules of each activity and to provide accurate information when registering.
- Prohibitions: It is prohibited to use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or immoral purposes, or in a manner contrary to public order and morality.
Professionals agree to conduct their business in compliance with all applicable health, safety, and accessibility regulations, as well as with the legal and tax obligations in effect in the country where they practice, including those relating to VAT, invoicing, and professional identification (business registration number or equivalent).
5. Rates
The Platform reserves the right to modify its rates after December 31, 2026. Users will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the new rates constitutes acceptance of the new pricing terms.
6. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations: Reservations are made directly through the Platform, subject to availability. A confirmation is sent via email.
- Payments: Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or other available methods. Rates are set by the service providers and clearly displayed before confirmation.
- Cancellations: Cancellation and refund policies are set by each service provider and must be clearly stated on the activity listing.
The Platform is not responsible for disputes between users and service providers regarding cancellations or refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and belongs to “Quand on Danse” or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Personal Data Protection
The data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
- Purposes: Account management, reservations, communication, and improvement of the Platform.
- Retention period: Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
- User rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and request the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]
9. Liability and Limitations
- “Quand on Danse” cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform or the activities offered by the professionals.
- Professionals are solely responsible for the content of their activities, their proper conduct, and the safety of participants.
- The Platform does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information provided by the professionals.
The Platform’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law.
10. Modification of the Terms of Use
“Quand on Danse” reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or through a notification on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
11. Termination
“Quand on Danse” may suspend or terminate access to the Platform in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use, without notice or compensation.
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting the Platform.
12. Disputes
Any dispute relating to the use of the Platform shall be governed by Belgian law. The courts of Liège shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
